Free for Twitch and Kick

LET CHAT
DROP.

Chat types !plinko. Balls bounce down the pegs, in each chatter’s own colour, and the slots keep score. A leaderboard for this stream and all time, straight over your game.

No sign-up, no download: one link in OBS.

How it works

  1. 1

    TYPE YOUR CHANNEL

Twitch, Kick or both. Pick a look, or keep it see-through over your game.

  2. 2

    ADD IT TO OBS

Paste the link into a browser source. The leaderboard can be its own source, or sit beside the board.

  3. 3

    CHAT DROPS

Every !plinko scores. Spam it, climb the leaderboard, and land the jackpot for the whole stream to see.

8 looks

Transparent over your game by default. Or give it a background in any of these, with any accent colour. Click one to use it.

The board, transparent over a game

Transparent is the default: the pegs, slots and balls sit straight over your game, each with a soft shadow so they read over anything. The leaderboard can be transparent too.

Rows of pegs
Points and the chance per ball From 100,000 real drops through the same physics your board runs, every drop fair side to side. The board is symmetric, so each value is shown once, both sides together. More rows make the top slot rarer.

FAQ

Is this gambling?

No. Nobody stakes anything and nothing is worth money: every drop is free and scores points, and the points are only for the leaderboard and bragging rights.

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no login, no catch. It’s a web page you add to OBS as a browser source. The small “Made by” line can be turned off in Advanced settings.

Separate or combined?

Separate gives you two sources, the board and the leaderboard, to place and size anywhere. Combined is one source with the leaderboard beside the board: one link, easiest to set up. Both show the same scores.

How often can viewers drop?

As often as they like: spamming !plinko is the point, and the more you drop, the higher you climb. The board limits itself instead of your viewers: past the most balls on screen, drops wait their turn, and when chat floods it goes into Frenzy. You can add a wait per viewer in Advanced settings.

Which emotes work?

Any emote Twitch or Kick shows in chat, plus emoji: !plinko 🔥. 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes don’t yet.

How do the leaderboards work?

This stream starts fresh each time you go live (Chaplinko asks Twitch or Kick whether you’re live, so a crash and a quick restart still count as one stream). All time is kept for good. You can wipe both with !plinko clearscores (only you can).

Are the odds real?

Yes. The odds on this page come from dropping 100,000 balls through the same physics your board runs, and every drop is fair side to side. More rows make the top slot rarer.

Does it need my Twitch or Kick password?

No. It only reads your public chat, the way a viewer does, and never posts anything.
